Logging Into MyOldRide
If you are experiencing problems logging into your MyOldRide Account, here are some quick tips to try:

1.) If you have forgotten your username you can be reminded by using your account email address and visiting the following page: Forgot my Username. Once you have completed the form an email that contains your username will be emailed to you. If you have forgotten your password please use the following page to reset your password: Forgot my Password. An email will be sent to your inbox, which contains a link that will allow you to reset your password.

2.) Passwords are case-sensitive. All usernames should be entered in lower-case and contain only letters and/or numbers. All passwords must contain 8-20 characters, at least 1 Uppercase, 1 Lowercase, 1 Numeric and 1 Special character. An example of case-sensitivity is the following two passwords, MyPassword is different than mypassword. Your password must be entered exactly as you specified when you created your membership.
