Someone has spent serious extra time, money, and care creating this sleek 1932 Ford Highboy. That's why you'll love all the details - from the shining V8 to the coordinating soft top. It all proves that this mean machine is also quite a thoughtful total build.
This is a quality hot rod with only about 2,600 miles on the build. So you know the car is a sleek body with tight tolerances. The black paint always has a sinister look, but this is a modern clearcoat application, so there's also a terrific gloss that shows off the sleek lines. Also when this roadster has an amazing blue metallic on top of the black paint, so it almost looks like a midnight metallic blue depending on the lighting that you are in. But when it comes to radiance, it's the pinstriping that takes center stage. The two-tone blue looks like glowing neon against the deep black. Not only does it outline the classic Ford curves, but there are also custom graphics on the hood and trunk. And because this is a true classic American, you also have brightwork in the right places, including the waterfall grille, headlight bezels, suspension arms, and windshield frame. And Billet alloy wheels add to the shine while also showing off a 15/17-inch front/rear stagger for the ideal hot rod stance.
The gray roof has a snug fit and it's a nice sophisticated color against the black exterior. And you can choose to fold it back or remove it completely for a great roadster look. Best of all the interior is done in gray, too, so this has a smart style with or without the top. The full setup inside is about being true to the hot rod style while offering you better comfort. For example, the dash has that same clean look dominated by pinstriping and gauges. But just below it is a cleanly mounted AM/FM/CD stereo with an aux input for iPod. The three-speed automatic transmission is on a floor shifter. And while you have a cool/classic style dual-spoke steering wheel, it's now on a tilt column.
The motor has a tidy and polished look that's perfect to show it off. It's an instant reminder of how thoughtful this total build is and how few miles are on it. And we love how the blue plug wires go with the pinstriping. This is a 350 cubic-inch V8 that inhales deeply with an Edelbrock four-barrel carburetor. It exhales with added power and authority as shorty headers feed the dual exhaust. When you look at the undercarriage photos you'll see the freshness of the build and all the right suspension components. That means tubular A-arms up front, a four-link rear, front disc brakes, and adjustable coilovers all around.
This is the fresh and thoughtful build that's fun to drive and will likely take home a few trophies. So if you want a full package highboy, call today!
