DESCRIPTION

This 1990 Chevrolet Silverado K10 4x4 is a proper custom setup with a two-tone style, a beefy stance, handy features, an overdrive transmission, and a recently rebuilt fuel-injected V8.

This Silverado has a distinct two-tone. After all, red and black are the most aggressive colors around, and so it works well on a lifted 4x4 like this. It's got a good gloss and shine to get you respect rolling through town, and it shows off a smooth body that's free from any major dents and dings. The chrome bumpers look nice, and it sets up a bright total style with the updated grille, fender flares, and 15-inch American Racing wheels. Even the headlights are upgraded to be brighter. This one seems to want to offer you the best of everything. That's why you not only have a cool stepside bed, but also a color-matched hard tonneau on top. Underneath the cover is a fully lined bed. And there's even a proper trailer hitch to tow the toys. So we really love this Chevy for the level of both style and substance it offers.

While the exterior red is part of the aggressiveness, the red interior just gives this a very sophisticated feeling. There was the right level of restoration and/or preservation so that you have nice upholstery, a taut headliner, a clean dash, and plush carpeting. It also feels upper-class because of all the features you get. There are power windows, sliding rear glass, power locks, cruise control, and an upgraded AM/FM/CD stereo. This is even a factory air conditioning truck (it will need components and servicing to blow cold again.) This is from the years where Chevy had a smart seat setup that gave you a full bench, but there was also a fold-down driver's armrest for individual comfort. And the tilt steering column gives you a clear view to the gauges. So it's easy to get long-haul comfortable.

The engine bay has a clean look of a solid investment. In fact, while the odometer represents the full actual mileage, the motor was rebuilt less than 6k miles ago. The fuel-injected 5.7-liter V8 was even bored .40 over. The front end was also redone about the same time, and the front suspension is another big part of this truck's appeal. This was the first generation of Silverados to give you a 4x4 that also had an independent front suspension. That means you still get the go-anywhere prowess, but when you're just riding in the city, this is much more comfortable than other classic 4x4s. There's also power steering, power brakes, front discs, a four-speed automatic transmission w/overdrive to make this a great pickup for travels near or far.

The sale comes complete with maintenance records and engine rebuild pics. This truck is distinct, capable, fun, and useful. It makes for a modern classic with a ton of appeal. Call now!
