800 Derita Road, Ste. A
This 1984 Chevrolet K10 Silverado 4x4 is a sharp-looking pickup with everything you want, including stylish two-tone paint, a loaded interior, and an overdrive transmission. So dig into all the details on a great classic with everyday appeal.
The two-tone blue and white paint offers a nice gloss and shine from an upgrade later in life. And speaking of shine, there's also some good brightwork on the chrome bumpers and Rally wheels. The Silverado trim showcases the straightness of the sheet metal, and at the same time creates a lower boundary for the two colors. The result is an appealing and distinct total package. With the tall 4x4 stance, wide tow mirrors, and a rear step bumper, this one can earn its keep with the weekend chores whenever you want. But you may want to put in a liner before doing any real work because as you can see, even the bed is quite smooth and glossy.
The sea of blue continues inside. It has an inviting style with a plush velour seat, newer carpeting, a smooth dash pad, and a newer headliner. The Silverado is the premium trim, and you're reminded of that with desirable features like power windows, power locks, the Delco AM/FM stereo, and a tilt steering column. The factory air condition has even been upgraded to modern R134a refrigerant (it will need servicing and/or parts to blow cold again).
Under the hood is proper Chevy small block power. The 350 cubic-inch V8 looks stock and well-maintained, right down to the clean appearance of belts, hoses, and wires. There's even a newer alternator. It's unlikely that the odometer reading represents the full actual mileage. But the way this pickup fires up and runs does have the feeling of a well-respected classic. The two-speed 4x4 transfer case works with the tall stance and all-terrain tires to let you enjoy time off-road. And when you just stay on the pavement, this Silverado has good manners, too. Power steering, power brakes, and front discs are great anytime features. Plus, the newer 700R4 four-speed automatic transmission with overdrive is a great highway-ready feature.
Complete with an owner's manual, this is the vintage truck that has power, utility, and comfort. It makes for a great classic that you can choose to show off on the weekends or even make part of your everyday life. Call now!
