The market for these smaller/lighter classic pickup is heating up, and so this well-done 1989 Chevrolet S-10 has a ton of appeal. It gives you custom features, good V6 power, and an A/C interior all for a value price.
There a lot of subtle upgrades that have gone into this pickup to make this an all-around terrific ride. It starts with the paint. The black is an update later in life, and so you get a good gloss that shows off the S-10's well-creased sheetmetal. The upgraded torque thrust wheels have are done in gray to go with the darker attitude, and they are a larger 17-inch size so you can fit better tires. The front end is updated with the brighter grille from later in this generation, and speaking of brighter, you've got updated modern headlights. In the back, there are clear taillights, an updated tailgate, and a full bed cover. It gives this pickup a cool/custom style. But don't forget that under the tonneau is a useful truck bed that can make this looker also quite useful for the weekend chores.
The interior give you all the best comforts. There are factory items like the soft velour seating, sliding rear window, power locks, and power side windows. This is joined by great upgrades, like the AM/FM/CD stereo with USB input and Bluetooth. And the factory air conditioning is running modern R134a refrigerant. You'll love slipping behind the upgraded sports steering wheel. It's on a tilt column to give you a clear view to the factory gauges, and there's even an upgraded tach on the left side of the dash.
These later S-10s were worth the wait. They got a larger 4.3-liter V6 motor that also has the benefit of factory electronic fuel injection. It makes these short bed lightweight/small pickups quite peppy. Especially because this one also has a tuning chip installed (the factory one also comes with the sale.) It even has good fundamentals with newer hoses, wires, and an upgraded Spectre air intake. In fact, this is a nice all-around driver with power steering, power brakes, front discs, and a four-speed automatic transmission w/overdrive.
This is a solid and sweet S-10 with just the right amount of custom to make it truly distinct. Don't miss this deal. Call today!!!
