DESCRIPTION
This 1967 Chevrolet Chevelle SS 396 Tribute gets it right. After all, you have an iconic classic in a terrific color combo. Plus, it's a true muscle car with a bucket seat interior, four-on-the-floor, and big block power.
We love the white finish on a car like this. It has a deep luster, and the sunlight loves to show off the flying buttress hardtop roofline to deliver a lasting admiration. And while that looks premium the 17-inch polished American Racing wheels look downright sporty. They are on a lowered suspension to really deliver an attitude you can feel right from the moment this coupe comes into view. The rear set is also wider just for that added sense of speedy style. And that attitude is continued with the Super Sport upgrades such as the vent trim hood, rocker trim, grille, and blackout rear panel. It even has nice details such as bright chrome bumpers and new windows. So yes, the full package is impressive.
The interior is a clean setup that's a solid mix of performance and comfort. The doors, headliner, carpeting, and dash all have a dark and quality appearance. That makes for a nice coupe to invite family and friends along for the ride, and you have a retro-style AM/FM stereo with cassette to keep them happy. But really, you can already see that this one was built for the driver to have the most fun. You have a pair of bucket seats up front with a center console in between. And the fully upgraded Dakota Digital gauge package has a large tach, so that goes great with the Hurst floor shifter.
The engine bay has the clean and mean appearance you want in a big block machine. At the center is a 396 cubic inch V8 to make this a proper SS 396 tribute. It's built right with a full Edelbrock suite that includes the four-barrel carburetor, a Performer intake, polished air grabber, and finned valve covers. Plus, long tube headers and power while feeding the x-pipe dual exhaust and Flowmaster mufflers. There are the right supporting features too, like an aluminum radiator and MSD distributor. Plus, the battery was moved to the trunk with the fuel cell to put more weight over the rear. It's a powerful package, and the four-speed manual transmission means you have complete control over the motor and its rumbling soundtrack. And because this has been built to be an all-around great cruising classic, you also get power steering, power brakes, front discs, boxed rear trailing arms, and modern sports tires.
This has a cool look and a ton of power. That's exactly what you want from a Chevelle hardtop. That's why you won't let this deal slip away. Call today!!!
