Engine block is a 1965 warranty block from G.M. Rod side clearance was a problem on 64 GTOs. The block is .030 with TRW forged pistons.

Axles are after-market
Much more aggressive stance was achieved with the wider 14# Oldsmobile steel wheel. Now a P-245R X 50 X 14 tire can fit with the original GTO spinner wheel covers.
Only 2 holes drilled for Simpson shoulder restraint.
After market tach and 3 gauge cluster installed at present, no holes were drilled.
