Please visit www.Survivor-Cars.com for additional photos, information and a video. This 1964 Morgan Plus 4 is a fantastic addition to our showroom. Painted in an absolutely gorgeous Blue over Silver, this British sports car is sure to draw attention. The black convertible top folds down easily and comes with removeable front and rear windows. For years Morgan used the powerplant of the Triumph TR4. That means a 2,138 CC 4-cylinder engine is shoehorned into the engine compartment. It was such a tight squeeze that air cleaners couldnt be installed. It is backed by a fun 4-speed manual transmission that keeps you in constant control. The bucket seats are recovered in black vinyl and are very comfortable. Woodgrain on the dash surrounds big round gauges that make it easy to keep an eye on whats happening under the bonnet. The luggage rack in the rear provides some storage and sits nicely over the spare tire. This Morgan rides on radial tires mounted on wire wheels with knock offs. Morgan Motor Company did everything right with these cars. The beautiful flowing body lines. A powerful oversized engine mated to a 4-speed. Bucket seats and a rear seat, making this a true four-person sports car. An easily removable top for open air enjoyment. These have a neat racing history and are highly collectible. This Morgan also comes with the black vinyl boot cover. The seller states that the 14,096 miles are original to the car, but we cannot document that.
