1971 Plymouth GTX
IThe last year the 71' GTX was slightly smaller than the year before with new restyling features that included rounded fenders and a loop bumper front and rear, new hood with cutouts, the windshield wipers were now hidden and the side markers were larger. The GTX also received a wider rear track to improve handling and and a revised Air Grabber was optional. Under the hood, the GTX was still pounding with it's 440 standard and the 440+6 and Hemi were still optional. Production was now down to 2,942 and the GTX did reappear as an option on the Road Runner for 1972.1971 Plymouth GTX Production
