Plymouth GTX |
First offered in 1967 the stylish Belvedere GTX was dubbed the gentlemens hot rod, as the new GTX line boasted superb handling, packed with plenty of goodies, and lots of performance. The GTX offered a range of engine options that included the mighty 440 cid V8 or "Super Commando 440" and the optional MOPAR 426 Hemi. 1971 was the final year of production that the GTX was a model of its own, while it did continue in production as an optional package on the Road Runner through 1974.
