1968 Oldsmobile Toronado

In 1968 Oldsmobile restyled the Toronado with a few changes giving it a more formal look including the bolder front end, which was Oldsmobile's hallmark split grille, and less prominent contoured front fenders. The excited news lured under the hood as a new 455 V8 engine rated at 375 hp was now standard and a 400hp motor with forced air induction and dual exhaust was optional. Factory price rose $76.00 dollars for a total of $4750.00 for a base model and the Deluxe started at $4945.00.
