The Plymouth Satellite was first produced in 1965 and was offered as the top of the line model in Plymouths mid-size Belvedere line up. From 1971 to 1974, all mid-sized, B platform Plymouths carried the Satellite name, with hardtop coupe models carrying the "Sebring" suffix. The Fury name was moved to Plymouth's mid-size models for 1975, at which time the Satellite name disappeared.
