1965 Chrysler 300

The 1965 Chrysler 300 is equipped with an overhead valve V8 measuring 383 cubic inches. It carries a 4 barrel carburetor that feeds a 10 to 1 compression ratio. Standard traveling companion is a fully synchronized 3 speed stick shift transmission. Optional were a 4 speed manual or a 2 speed automatic. There were 5 to choose from including two 300-L’s. Standard equipment luxuries in the 300-L include power steering, power brakes, electric clock and a carpeted trunk. This was the last year for the Letter Series 300's and the 413 cid engine.
