1960 Chevrolet El Camino
In it's second year of production the El Camino was still based on the Impala, and underwent major restyling for 1960, following in the same foot steps as the mid sized line-up from Chevrolet. With a more conservative approach, gone were the wild fins and cat's-eye tail lights. Production declined and sales were down to 14,163 produced as Chevrolet discontinued the model, until 1964 when the El Camino was brought back to production.1960 Chevrolet El Camino Production Numbers
