A new body style emerged for the entire Studebaker line in 1941 with a more formal and elegant styling. The Champion saw additional trim levels including the Custom, Custom DeLuxe and Delux-Tone. The Champion's price range of $710 to $860 made it a competitor for the Big Three makes and over 84,900 of them were built.
