Ford Country Sedan Station Wagon

Ford produced the the Country Sedan  station wagon from 1952 until 1974. It was based on the Ford full-size line and was a popular choice among families as it could carry up to 9 passengers, if equipped. The Country Sedan was the mid-trim station wagon in the Ford range. Unlike the Country Squire, the Country Sedan featured plain body sides. The Country Sedan was based on the Customline from 1952 to 1954. In 1955 for the first time Station Wagons where included in there own series of Models for Ford in 1955 and the Country Sedan was the intermediate level of Wagon, and was offered as a six or eight passenger wagon, it continued to represent the mid-trim level station wagon.
