1969 Mustang Mach 1 Rare Q code 428Cj we are selling.

Have old and new door vin plate and marti report.Clean California title in my name.

SPECS:One of the first 428cj Mach 1 mustangs built in California with a build date of Oct 25,1968.1969 Q Code Sportroof Mustangs with automatic transmission.Production numbers for the 1969 Mach 1 Q codes are 1274 units.

This car was recently restored to like new condition. You can see all options this car came with by Marti Report. Vin numbers on both fender aprons,drivers door and top of dash.

Interior: Basically complete new interior. New Distinctive Industries Mach 1 Black seat covers with new bucket seat foam installed. New headliner, sail panels, lights, and package tray installed. New carpet and sill plates. Original AM/ 8Track still installed but needs hooked up. Door panels also new with original mach 1 trim. Original Mach 1 steering wheel in decent driver condition. Does have the original rare option tilt steering column installed also. New heater core.New rear window weather strip. New weather stripping though out. Center console with automatic shifter.

Exterior: Most of the cars exterior sheet metal is original except for the drivers side quarter panel, hood and valances as far as we can tell. We can see it was professionally welded in and looks very nice. We have not noticed any other large repairs on this car. Does also have a new front and rear valance with new back up lights. New bumpers.The paint is PPG deltron grabber blue with clear coat. Have gallon can with a pint left in it. Looks very nice but could use a good buff to bring it to its top condition and shine. Original stainless trim around front and rear windows and drip rails.The rear spoiler and window louvers are new.

Suspension: New lower control arms and bushings, new sway bar bushings, New outer tie rod ends, Some new power steering components, Rear leaf spring bushings and shackles installed. New brakes installed front/rear. Front disc brake components rebuilt. New brake lines front to rear. Master cylinder,brake booster also new.Strut rods and bushings replaced with new.

Engine: The engine has been rebuilt and is .30 over. Balanced,blueprinted and line bored.Internals are 1U crankshaft,cj rods and .30 cj pistons.The heads were rebuilt also.New electronic distributor, wires and plugs.Heads do have the 16 bolt exhaust pattern. The original smog heads were replaced sometime in the past.Connected to the heads are a new pair of Doug''s D626 428CJ ceramic long tube headers and 2 1/2 exhaust system. Holley aluminum 4bbl intake with new Holley carburetor. New Aluminum 3 row radiator with fan shroud.

Transmission: The ford C6 Automatic Transmission has been completely rebuilt with new hard and soft internal parts. New 428cj flywheel. New cooling tubes. Also has the big C6 clutch pack.
