1971 Ford Mustang Fastback Daily Driver

For sale is my 1971 Mustang fastback. It has been a project for years and is about 85% done, really it just needs paint and body work done. It has had the 302 engine completely rebuilt, FMX transmission rebuilt, new Ford 9" rear end installed. 4 wheel disc brake conversion. Bumper to bumper brand new wiring installed. New suspension and leaf springs. New AC installed. Interior panels and dash redone with new speakers and radio with iPod and SiriusXM connections installed. Lots more work done. I do have the original seats although they are currently not in the car, they will go with it in case you want to reupholster them later, that was always my plan.

This car started as a project with my father and I when I returned from my first deployment to Iraq. We spent a few years getting it to where it is now. My father has since passed and so has some of my passion for this car. It deserves better than to sit in my garage now.

As I said, this car has been my daily driver for the last few years, its reliable. I have the title and every single receipt or paperwork for everything thats ever been done since I''ve owned this car and even some paperwork from the previous owner as well. I was driving it until earlier this year when I committed to bike commuting. Last month I filed for a PNO for the Mustang. But I know its better to sell it than to just leave it sitting in storage.

Odometer rolled over a while back, so it reads 9,855 miles right now. The engine and trans rebuild actually have about 14,000 miles on them since the rebuild. The rest of the car, brakes, suspension, wiring, etc... all done after those so a little less.
