The VIN number on this car indicates that it is also a rare F-code Mustang. Only 1964 cars were equipped with the F-code, 164 horsepower, 260 cubic inch Windsor V8. The F-code designation was not used again until 1968 for 302 cubic inch cars. The engine has been upgraded to a more powerful 289 cubic inch, 4-barrel V8 mated to a 3-speed automatic transmission.
