Without seeing the front grill or the rear brake light configuration,it could be either Kaiser or Frazer. They used the same body shell for both cars until 1951. So it could be no newer then 1950 and no older then 1947. Regardless,it is very rare and I hope somebody has gotten it to restore. Parts are still plentiful.
