its 100% restorable i say dig it out and build it up.
nope....not hopeless at all....this car is very much restorable and i've seen alot worse then this get restored....theres still plenty of parts for these out there if you know where to look....they're called swap meets.
Dont't beat around the bush, this car is hopeless.

and I forgot an old ford dump truck and a Jeep wagon that the owner would not sell me in 1971 for $400...hasn't moved!

you'd prb be amazed at how restorable this chevy still is and I'd bet most of what we can see here is only surface rust.
I spose panelguy i'm to quick to judge just clear some of the rubbish and check in ever place of the poor old girl
still has some useable parts....
This is just a discrace by looks to far gone by now find the owner and stap him in it's place
