I have a generator that has Ford stamped on it and the only other markings I see are A-4-1 and 8BA. It doesn't have any mounting brakets on it. It came from a pallet of parts I got at a school auction. It could be from a car but it could be from a Ford tractor too. I have no idea. There was such a variety of parts that there is no telling what it goes to. See attached photos. Thank you for your help.

As far as I know if it says 8BA, it is 49 - 53 USA and 54 Canada., does it have a hole in the body near the front of the generator? if so that is where the yoke bracket sits and then a strap goes around the body and bolts down...
Hmm. Someone else said it is a '49-'51. I'm only asking because I wanted to be accurate in my ad where I am selling it.
