1. During the 57’ production year when did the fuel injection option become available? In other words, what was the first month or earliest VIN number that could have had a factory production fuel injection? 2. Was this option assembled at all of the assembly plants or only certain assembly plants? 3. Was the vacuum assist pump, which was mounted on the left front of the radiator support, included on the very first production units or did it evolve on later production units? 4. Was the air intake scoop that was mounted to the radiator support above the vacuum pump on the early production or only the later production units? If only the later production, when in the production year did the vacuum pump and the scoop become part of the package? 5. Was the vacuum pump and air intake scoop common to both the 150 horsepower and 283 horsepower units?
