The fenders are different separately but as a complete front clip it should fit either year. That holds true with the Tri 5 Chevies /Tri 5 Pontiacs as well as the 71 and up GM line
a fun bit of trivia.. a complete front nose for a 1962 chevy will fit a 1961 biscayne. seen it done in 1971. the car is still in my dads backyard.
