I was playing around on the internet and saw a link for repairablecars-forsale.com. So I thought it would be new cars and a lot of them are but I was surprised to see split window vettes, 60's Camaro's, cobra replica's, a 55 nomad, a 70's challenger etc. I realize that they are all damaged in some way but for the price it seem's like a good starting point for some very hard to find vehicles. I guess my question is are these cars worth buying? Has anyone here ever bought one? I was talking about this website to one of my car buddies and he said it sounded like a scam. The site I mentioned above want's you to pay $25 up front to see the full inventory of 8000 cars!!?? If anyone has any info on this subject or a past experience I would like to hear it. Thank you for your time.

It sounds like a scam for me, too. And I don't think it's a good idea to buy salvage car :/ www.hotmail.com
