When the fire apparatus companies get a truck they remove or move ID plates. The model of my truck is W-3042. I think the series is L-210. The GVW is 30000lbs. The title has L305664 for a VIN number and 1956 for a year. I have contacted LA County, CA with their truck number and they said it's a 1950. I believe somehow, somewhere, someone mistook the 0 in 1950 as a 6, but I don't know where the rest of the VIN number is. Also it has, from the factory, a Hall-Scott HS470 engine. It is huge. Does anyone have any help?
