it is a bottle for windshield washer solvent and bug remover.i have a 1961 chevy biscayne and it has a half full bottle of the original mix and the paper is still on the bottle from fisherbody

Here is a picture I found of another Bel Air. You can sort of see the same bottle in the bottom right corner.

I'm not for sure, but my best guess is that it is a container for windshield washer fluid.
