I cannot locate a hood for a 1962 Impala. Is the 1962 hood interchangeable with 1960 or 1961 Impalas or possibly another chevy model from these years? The 1962 Impala wagon was owned by my brother for 20 years. He passed away suddenly last month at the age of 38. The car is very special to our family, especially his 19 year old son, and we want to restore the car in his memory. The original hood is on the car however the rust is pretty severe. My brother felt the rust was bad enough that the hood should be replaced and we are following this notion.
