Hi, I've recently purchased a 1965 Mustang coupe & thanks to this amazing site have been able to establish many of it's specifications, the drivers door label reads as follows,.......65A (coupe) M (color) 22 (trim) 28R (DATE) 71 (DSO) 3 (axle) 1 (trans) left hand inner guard stamped....... * 5 R 0 7 T 214402 *.. which I have decoded & understand Knowing that it turns 50yo this year I was curious as to when, I naturally like to throw it a party on such a landmark age I'd appreciate any info, thanks for this incredible site, Lefty ...down under
