I don't know the technical term for the paint finish on the metal dash and window trim. It looks textured so I'll call it "crackled". I would like to have it look original but don't know how it is done. Unfortunately I AM NOT VERY TECHY but is someone could explain in "Dummy" terms how to take a picture and send the picture I would be willing to do that

The finish is called CRACKLE and you can buy cans of crackle spray paint that will give you a nice finish that looks original.
Sources: Try a good hardware or paint store. Amazon could probably supply.
