The sixth digit in the vin will be the year the car was built. That is a Mopar standard. Certainly looks like a 64 from the pics.

Probably a bit late answering this question but the 3rd digit is the year model of an early A body, and if the photo is of your car it is a '65 going by the dash layout. Cheers, Alan.
