The only SS Nova models in 1963 were the 2 door hardtop and the convertible. V8 engines were available in the 1964 Nova for the first time, both 283 and 327.

I have two Wagons a 1962 and a 1965 they are not SS models, I don't believe there was an SS model available in a wagon. A V8 did not necessarily make an SS. There were no V8's from the factory available 1962 through 64. You could have the dealer install a v8 after delivery from the factory. My 1963 SS has an inline 194 ci engine and it is true SS. The ONLY wagon that was made into an SS was in 1973. Chevelle wagon SS.

THE STANDARD CATALOG OF AMERICAN CARS DOES NOT SHOW A STATION WAGON WITH A V8 ENGINE BEING MADE .THEY SHOW PRODUCTION NUMBERS FOR THE 4 AND 6 CYL ENGINES. GOING BY THIS I WOULD DARE SAY THAT THE SS MODEL WAS NOT OFFERED IN A WAGON.
