I'm am doing a report on Classic Cars and the growing community of enthusiasts. To help qualify my data, I was wondering how many Classic Car Clubs there are worldwide and where I would be able to find this information.

Thats like asking How Many Religions There Are Worldwide... There are to many "little groups" or 2's&3's that want to call themselves a club. How do you count them all? Do you know how many dimples there are on a golf ball?
That's hard to say. Maybe a good start would be finding out how many are just within the US. A good start might be the Antique Automobile Club of America.
