The '62-'65 Fairlanes (and their Mercury counterparts, the Meteors) are almost orphan cars in that very little from any other Ford or Mercury lines interchange with them. They were a line of their own. My Hollander Interchange Manual doesn't show rear seat interchange but it does show the front seat interchange. The only direct interchange it shows is for '62-'65 Fairlanes and Meteors. My guess would be that the rear seat interchange would be similar. Different years and trim levels will have different upholstery patterns and bolstering, but the seat frames should be similar.
