No, it's not a Classic and will never be. It's a collectible, but was not limited production or custom-bodied. The longer you kep it in good condition, the more it will be worth.

I think it is!! I go around to a lot of different auctions and see a lot of 80's and 90's cars and I cannot help but think, as long as an economy of some form holds together those cars will be desirable some day to someone. In the 50's or even the 60's people viewed the Eldorado's as just another used worn out car. Today, they are collectible. It is hard to conceptualize but each end every vehicle on the road today or even sitting in a yard somewhere holds a memorable moment to someone out their in the world. Somewhere their is someone who's first car was a 1984 Buick Regal or someone who got their first ticket in a 1990 Mustang LX or someone who remembers Grandma & Grandpa ordering a brand new 1991 Eldorado Biarritz and going for a memorable drive...... It may not be highly collectible right now, but in time the collectible value will no doubt climb!

All depends on who you talk to but usually a car is considered a 'classic' when it is 20 to 25 years or older.
