since I posted that question I have narrowed it down to IH part #s but still am unable to find its application Year ect Thanks for the help

I can't say for sure but for some reason it looks like it came out of an old Ford Econoline van ,or a Chevy Corvair van. Don't bank on it............ it's just that I have seen that cluster before ,and one of those seem to be it.
