if the engine in picture is the one in question it has been modified . the only way to determine the HP would be to pull it and have it dyenoed .there were different heads used almost every year in the 70s .intake and carb look to be aftermarket .ifyou can get block and head casting numbers will check for id in Hollander interchange for you .
