Yes, the roof section top of the windshield is an excellent observation. I think if it was built from a 4 door car they would have used a 4 door hardtop not a sedan. In 1960 all Ragtop were 2 door models. Starting In 1961 Lincoln had a 4 door convertible with rear suicide doors. The Poncho would have needed frame modification to make a 4 door Ragtop. No location is given... Might be Puerto Rico... Other cars in photo are from about year 2000. Car is a Parisienne... (rebadged Bonneville) sold in some markets like Canada.

Car was probably a 4-door sedan to start with, look's like someone made into a convertible, in the photo look at top of the windshield look's like part of the roof is still there. But it is still an interesting car. I know a guy that made a 1950 Ford coupe into a convertible, was a very sharp car also. To my knowledge all conv.'s are two door cars.
