Have a '70 Olds Conv't. Top stops about every 3 seconds going up or down.
After sitting for 30 seconds, it will start again and then stop again. Motor doesn't feel hot, can see air bubbles in the line. Are air bubbles the problem , how do I fix this?

sounds like its low on fluid. Just google "convertible top fluid" and read how to fill and bleed system. hope this helps!

The motor itself is probably going bad. Ive replaced many window regulator motors that acted the same way.
