i am looking for a shift plate that reads R N D L it is on the column automatic 60 belair they asked me if it was a power glide or a super glide how would i know can someone tell me so i can order my column plate thanks you

I think you left out the P (Park) ahead of the R. There was no Superglide but there was Turboglide. The Powerglide was rock solid and the Turboglide was problematic. The Turboglide had a Gr as was previously stated. Yours is most definitely a Powerglide.

that shift pattern is for a powerglide . the other trans was a turboglide ,it had a gr [ grade retarder ] in the pattern ,.the powerglide trans has a cast iron case the turboglide has an aluminum case.
