Did Ford make a Ford F250 Camper Special Ranger..either 4 speed or automatic...390, 360 or 351C...short bed or long bed...4w drive or 2w drive...with "4 door cab or extended cab" in the year of 1969?

Hollander interchange manual shows only regular cab for 1969.for 1970 it shows a regular super cab and crew cab in the roof interchange listings.
