there is a (D) with an arrow threw it, and (hard to make out) #358408. these are on the housing. The plate on the housing looks like it could be a two speed plate???? that's all I have for info. and THANKS for your interest and help. pank31
Are there any stampings on the housing or tags? There is not enough info here.
