In my opinion, full size chassis are to wide for early truck bodies, the tires tend to stick out to far. Start by measuring the wheel base (from the center of rear axle to the center of the front axle) on both trucks. then measure across each axle from wheel flange to wheel flange on each truck. if they are close it should work.(note* you can shorten the frame to correct the wheel base length.) **Just so you know, I would use a Chevy S-10 chassis.
