Purchase a 1933 chevy but can not find a serial number or sticker of any kind. I have a block number 83891.5 with E223 and chevy emblem with H1. My belief is the engine number tells one of the size and date of production. Vent window is fixed, 17" rims. Need help in ID'ing

Update to block number is 836915 not 83851.5 as in previous note. I have a rebuild sticker from "AUTOMOBILE SUPPLY COMPANY Ltd" with an address of 267 Fort Street. I'm trying to find this company to see if the have information for me on the engine rebuild. Anyone heard of them? Anyone know where the city of the address?
