I think the s10 is four inches narrower so you will have to use wheel spacers to widen it out. The frame on an s10 bolts together in the center so it can be lengthened fairly easily. and it depends on which s10 you have 4 wheel drives are a bout the same width, where are you located at ? I have a 93 setting here in ks I would sell ,

I don't know how much metal work it would take, but it seems like the latest thing is S10 running gear.The 53 had a wide frame so you may get by with moving the mounting pads. The 91 S10 I used was pretty wide so I had to build a tube sub frame on it and my 23 dodge touring car was put together in 8 months. good luck and as they say in the millwright business " it's only metal!!!!!! "
