From getting your PM that is a six cylinder, I went back to my casting# book. By doing a little guessing, (and knowing that casting# are all numbers) and substituting, if what you have for a casting number is :3877178, that would make it a 1967-72 250 cubic inch. That matches to the other gentleman's deciphering of your VIN.

This is what I found, but I could be wrong. It can be decoded as such: E=Assembly Plant - There is no assembly plant for E, but there is for F - Flint, MI. are you sure it isn't an F? 10=Assembled in October 21=Assembled on the 21st Day of Month TF=250-6cyl, H.D. Clutch, 4spd. Trans
