If you haven't found your answer already, you maybe able to find a rough answer with the Plymouth Club on FaceBook or if you join the Plymouth Owner's Club to which I belong to both. There are variables out there. There are cars that are registered and running, some are unregistered and maybe sitting somewhere outdoors or ina barn for example.
