I have a 1966 Cadillac DeVille hardtop and the drivers side tail lens is in bad shape. The chrome housings for both sides look to be in decent shape, but are slightly out of alignment with the end of the fenders and rear bumper. Does anyone know if 1: Will the taillight housings from a 1965 fit into the bumper and end of the fender? If so, are any modifications needed to attach to the car? 2: If not, any suggestions on where I could find another lens for a 1966....and am I correct in guessing that the left and right are the same? I have not found any evidence that tells me otherwise.
I just want to know what my options are for fixing this. I am not concerned about everything being 100% original. This is going to be a real nice "resto-mod" mostly original, but with some modern, tasteful upgrades. If it helps, I am based in Fort Wayne, IN Any suggestions will be appreciated!

I AM SELLING THE TAILLIGHT BUMPER ASSEMBLY COMPLETTE WITH THE LENSE AND BULBS STILL INTACT ( WORKING OR NOT ) AS-IS NOT POLISHED OR CLEANED UP FOR $ 100.00 EACH SIDE .
