Hello I am trying to help my father with a 1953 Oldsmobile 98 convertible he’s been looking for any information of a companies offering parts. He just finishing his 53 2 door post 88 and has done well for first time body and paint. The 53 88 was mostly complete but he hot roded the drive train. Pops told me that because he cant find the parts for convertible that he is loosing interest on this project. This is my fathers dream car to have because he had one when he was yonger. Pops looked for 15 years to find this car back east, purchased and had it shipped to Utah to restore. Pops has hung on to this car to restore for nearly 10 years. I need any help with information of parts suppliers private or companies. I know he wants to restore convert. to original as he can. Thanks from 1940 ford son of 53 Olds.
