Trying to locate the Vin number plate on a 1946 Dodge truck .
My friend has a 1946 Dodge truck He said the state police stop and ran the title numbers. They checked out good, but he can't locate the vin plate. Any help is great, the truck has been restored and I might buy it but I don't know what it's value is.
